Illegal constructions have made the areas like Wazir Hasan Road, Prag Narayan Road etc. the stronghold of accidents. A few days back, the accident happened while demolishing the illegal building of the same Yazdan builder. Earlier, four had died in the Levana Suites Hotel fire.
Due to the weakness of the building of Yazdan builders, a part of it collapsed on its own while breaking it. This caused major damage to the surrounding houses. About half a dozen people were buried under the debris of the building. On the other hand, on September 5, 2021, there was a fire at Levana Suites Hotel, some distance from Alaya Apartment. In this, four people lost their lives due to suffocation after getting trapped in the fire. This accident was discussed in the whole country.
The whole structure is weak…the main reason for the accident
No care was taken for the strength of the structure while constructing Wazir Hasan Road. The entire building was erected on a weak structure. The flat owners themselves told that they raised questions about this several times, but the builder did not listen. After buying the flat got stuck here in a way. The construction of the pent house was not even in the design. Even after this it was made forcibly. The weak structure could not withstand digging and drilling.
