A businessman from Agra became a victim of fraud. 20 lakh rupees were deposited from them by luring profit in crypto currency. On discovering the fraud, he asked for the money back, but instead of returning the money, the accused kept giving false assurances. The victim businessman has filed a case in New Agra police station.

The case has been filed by Jai Pratap Singh, a resident of New Subhash Nagar. Subhash Javeria, Ravi Panchal and Devendra Panchal alias Bunty have been named in this. Jai Pratap is a partner at TJ Enterprises. On 12 August 2020, he got a call from a number. He told his name as Ravi Panchal.

The accused introduced himself as the marketing head of Silicon Drive Company. Said that his company has launched the crypto currency Cuckoo, whose rate was 50 paise per currency. Now it has become Rs. Soon it will be Rs 150 per currency in six months. Told company owner Subhash Javeria. Later, I got a call from some Devendra as well. He also spoke describing himself as an officer. Tempted to take crypto currency.

20 lakh rupees were deposited in one account from the businessman twice. After this also linked to an app. Also talked to Subhash Javeria through the zoom app. Gave information about increasing the rate of crypto currency several times. However, this did not happen. On this he asked for his money back. The three people kept assuring to give the amount along with interest, but it did not happen.

Subhash Javeria also told that Union ministers, state ministers, industrialists and film stars are earning a lot of profit with this currency. He kept on giving false assurances. Later it came to know that Subhash Javeria had also cheated in the past.

The Economic Offenses Wing is also probing this matter. In the case, the victim gave Tahrir in the police station New Agra. A case was registered on this on Wednesday. Police says investigation is on. Action will be taken after collecting evidence.
