A PFI source said here that almost all the districts including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Thrissur in Kerala are protesting against this raid by the NIA. The Kerala Police has also detained several protesters. NIA has arrested about 22 PFI leaders from Kerala.

NIA protest in Jaipur too
In Rajasthan too, the NIA team raided the PFI office on Moti Dungri Road in Jaipur at 3 am. In this raid that lasted for about 4 hours, two PFI workers Javed and another were questioned by the NIA team. At the same time, the team has seized many documents from the spot. Against this too, PFI supporters are protesting in the state. Let us inform that in this raid which lasted more than 4 hours, the NIA team has arrested 2 people.
Amit Shah called a meeting
After this NIA raid, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also held a high level meeting with many officials including NSA chief Ajit Doval, Home Secretary, NIA DG. During this raid, the NIA team has arrested about 106 PFI members across the country. Around 20 PFI members have been arrested during raids in Maharashtra as well.
