Kolhapur (Maharashtra). Marathi television actress Kalyani Kurale-Jadhav died in a road accident here. A police officer gave this information on Sunday. In Kolhapur district, Kalyani Kurale (32) was killed when her motorcycle rammed into a concrete mixer tractor, they said.
Kalyani Kurale-Jadhav, who were seen in the TV serial ‘Tujhyat Jeev Rangla’, were on their way home late on Saturday evening when the accident took place near Halondi crossing on the Sangli-Kolhapur highway, the official said.
A Kolhapur police officer said, “He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead. A case has been registered against the tractor driver under provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Motor Vehicles Act.
