hear the news

The Thakur Banke Bihari temple of Vrindavan witnessed huge crowd of devotees on Sunday. The arrangements made by the administration for crowd control also failed. Due to the barricading on the routes of the temples, the streets were jammed with the crowd. The police slowly allowed the devotees to go towards the temple. Elders and children got upset due to the crowd.

The first barrier has been installed at Vidyapeeth crossroads, the second barrier near Banke Bihari police post, the third barrier on the street of Banke Bihari temple and the fourth barrier at gate number three of Banke Bihari temple. A barrier was also put up at the entry of gate number 3, but due to the large crowd of devotees, the arrangements were demolished.

The policemen were making the devotees take off their shoes and slippers before entering the lane of the Banke Bihari temple, causing more trouble to the devotees. Because after seeing the devotees, number one or number four came out of the gate and it was becoming very difficult to reach the place where they had taken off their shoes.
