The university had given false information in the Senate meeting that the agreement made on June 28, 2007 was uninterrupted. In this regard, a demand was made to investigate the audio recording of the meeting of the Senate and the Management Council.
On 20 February 2016, the Registrar of the University had issued a letter regarding termination of the agreement of e-facilitation with MKCL. The decision to terminate the agreement was taken in the meeting of the Management Council held on 14 January 2016. Due to the negligence of MKCL, the results could not be declared for 5 months. Due to this the students had to face trouble.
