Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan met Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat here on Saturday night. The meeting comes at a time when the Governor and the state’s Left Front There is growing discontent among the government.

The on-going tussle between Kerala Governor Khan and the ruling Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) escalated on Saturday after the governor categorically said that the state government cannot be empowered to appoint university vice-chancellors and the Left Khan was accused of running a “false campaign” against the state government.
