- 1 cup boiled black gram
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- green coriander
- Green chilli
- 1/4 tsp amchur
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin

To make this, soak black gram for 7 to 8 hours. Then filter the water from the gram and take it out. Bring to a boil, now grind the gram in a blender and then take it out in a vessel.
Finely chop an onion. Wash and chop green chilies and ginger well. Green chili is optional.
Now add onion, ginger, green chili, coriander to the ground black gram. Also add salt, amchur powder, roasted cumin. Paratha filling is ready.
To make this, take a portion of the dough and then roll it a little. Now put the filling of black gram in it and then pack it by making a bundle. Add dry flour and knead it.
You can roast it with ghee, or you can make roti by pressing it. Once it is ready, place white butter on the paratha and serve it with curd or chutney.
