1) Dried fruits – You can make a paste of dry fruits or seeds to thicken the gravy. Cashew and almond makes the gravy royal. Along with this, it also makes the consistency thick. Apart from nuts, you can also use melon seeds.

2) Curd and cream – You can use curd and cream to thicken the gravy. For this, Hung Curd will have to be used. For hung curd, tie curd in a cotton cloth for some time and then use it. Mix cream in thick curd and then add to gravy.

3) Corn starch- Use corn starch to thicken the gravy. This is a very old recipe which is a favorite of grandmothers. For this, take water in a bowl and mix a spoonful of corn starch in it.
