New Delhi. According to the morning river news, some time ago PM Narendra Modi has left Cheetah brought from Namibia in Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh. Significantly, today two helicopters of the Indian Air Force carrying these eight cheetahs were transported to Palpur near Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday morning. Seven decades after the cheetahs were declared extinct in India, a special cargo plane carrying eight cheetahs from Namibia landed at the Gwalior airport on Saturday morning as part of the project to resettle the species. After this, they were brought to Palpur by helicopter, 165 km away after a journey of 20 to 25 minutes.

The cargo Boeing aircraft took off from Namibia on Friday night and during a continuous journey of about 10 hours, the cheetahs were first brought back to Gwalior in special wooden cages. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today released three of these cheetahs in special enclosures made for them at 10:45 am on the occasion of his birthday at Kuno National Park.
Explain that the cheetahs remained without food during this journey and they would be given something to eat after being released in the enclosure. These cheetahs were brought on a special flight of ‘Terra Avia’ an airline based in Chisinau, Moldova in Europe. He said that it operates chartered passenger and cargo flights. Kuno National Park is situated on the northern edge of Vindhyachal hills and is spread over an area of 344 square kilometer.
