Atul Rai News: Bahujan Samaj Party MP Atul Rai has suffered a major setback from Ghosi in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. A Varanasi court rejected the bail plea. A case was registered against him in the Lanka police station under the Gangster Act. Now Atul Rai’s lawyer will appeal in the High Court.
The trial of the case registered against Atul Rai in the Bhelupur police station under the Gangster Act is going on in the Varanasi court. Earlier, on the orders of Commissioner Varanasi, a total of 7 properties of Atul Rai were attached.
Tehsildar Vijay Pratap had told that today the benami property of Atul Singh alias Atul Rai is going on by the Uttar Pradesh government under the control of crime and criminals and attachment of benami property who have acquired it. Action was taken against what was earned. In which the attachment action was taken from 7 villages under section 14(1), worth 58 lakh 13 thousand 800, this action was taken by the joint team of police and revenue department.
