Arvind Kejriwal Remark Over Amanatullah Case: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has targeted BJP without naming the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan. AAP MLA from Okhla, Delhi, Khan has been arrested in connection with alleged irregularities in the two-year-old Waqf Board Recruitment. Delhi’s Anti-Corruption Branch (Delhi ACB) has taken this action against Khan.
On Khan’s arrest, CM Kejriwal tweeted, “First they arrested Satyendra Jain. Despite repeated requests from the court, they are unable to present any evidence. Then red key at Manish’s house, nothing was found. Now Amanatullah has been arrested. Will arrest many more MLAs now. It seems that they are suffering a lot in Gujarat.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia also targeted the BJP without naming the BJP on the arrest of Amanatullah Khan. He tweeted, “First they arrested Satyendra Jain but there is no evidence against him in court. They put raid on my house. Nothing found. Then started a fake investigation against Kailash Gehlot and now Amanatullah Khan is arrested. Operation Lotus is going on to break every leader of AAP.” Manish Sisodia said this while retweeting the tweet of Shafia Khan, wife of Amanatullah Khan. During the ACB raid yesterday, Amanatullah Khan’s official handle was tweeted by his wife Shafia Khan.

What did ACB find in the raid?
It is being told that the ACB recovered Rs 24 lakh in cash and an unlicensed weapon in raids from Amanatullah Khan’s house and other places. ACB has also raided the premises of two more associates of Amanatullah Khan. AAP MLA’s business partner Hamid Ali has also been arrested.
According to the information, a Beretta pistol and Rs 12 lakh in cash have been recovered by the police from the hideout of Hamid Ali. One of the accused, Kaushar Imam Siddiqui, is away from the custody of the police. A country-made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered by the police from Siddiqui’s hideout.
