Suchita Raju Balamwar (50), a resident of Telephone Exchange Chowk, was posted in the police head quarter. Suchita’s husband also worked in the police department.
He died in the year 2008 while posted in Gadchiroli. Then Suchita got a job in the Nagpur Police under compassion. Since then, Suchita was taking care of sons Saurabh and Surbhi. Saurabh has completed engineering studies. Surbhi is still taking education. Suchita was taken to Mayo Hospital in the bus that hit her. CP Amitesh Kumar, after knowing that her condition was critical, asked the police hospital’s doctor Sandeep Shinde to discuss with the doctors of Mayo Hospital whatever help, but Suchita’s condition was critical. During treatment, Suchita also had an attack twice.
Condition improved after giving CPR, shifted by making green corridor
The doctors of Mayo Hospital were engaged in continuous treatment. As soon as Suchita’s blood pressure improved, it was decided to shift her to a private hospital in Lakarganj after discussing with her family members. CP and Joint CP asked the traffic department to prepare a green corridor. Suchita was sent to a private hospital by cardiac ambulance under the supervision of Dr. Shinde. She reached the hospital in just 7 minutes but destiny had something else in mind. Even after making every effort, Suchita’s condition did not improve. He died of a heart attack during 6 pm. Sadar Police has increased the sections against the accused bus driver. The body will be handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem on Tuesday.
