Another case has been registered against mining mafia and former MLC Haji Mohammad Iqbal, his brother Mahmood Ali, sons Javed, Wajid and Afzal in Behat Kotwali of Saharanpur district.
It was told that this report has been lodged by Suhail s/o Fazlu, resident of Mandi Samiti Road, Madanpuri Colony, Thana Dehat Kotwali, Saharanpur.
The victim alleges that Haji Iqbal, his brother and sons forcibly got the deed of his father’s land done at the Glocal University. Some land was left, which was illegally occupied by the accused. He wants to free his land from encroachment.

In the same case, the accused made a fatal attack on him from Mirzapur resident Vasil’s son Iqbal. On the other hand, SSP Vipin Tada said that Behat police has registered a case of conspiracy against Haji Iqbal, his brother Mahmood Ali and three sons on behalf of the victim Suhail and attempt to murder against the accused Wasil in this regard.
