The claim of the doctor, who had filed a case alleging that he received threats of beheading for supporting Hindu organizations in Ghaziabad, has been found to be fake in the police investigation, after which the district police is looking for him. Additional Superintendent of Police (City-I) Nipun Aggarwal said on Sunday that Dr Arvind Vats, who operates a clinic in Lohia Nagar under Sihani Gate police station area, had threatened to behead him on a WhatsApp call from the US number on September 2. case was filed.

He said the doctor had alleged that the caller had said on a WhatsApp call that if he did not stop supporting Hindu outfits, he would be “beheaded” and would be handed over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Mahamandaleshwar. Aggarwal told that when the case registered on the doctor’s Tahrir was investigated, the matter turned out to be absolutely fake. The police found that the doctor had filed this case to gain cheap popularity.
He told that during the investigation it was found that he had not received any call from the US, but his patient Anish Kumar, a resident of Malviya Nagar, Delhi, had made a WhatsApp call to him for medical consultation. There has been no threat of beheading the doctor.
Aggarwal told that now Dr. Vats is being searched for the crime of filing a false case. The police raided his clinic and house but he was not found there. However, his search is on.
