Three terrorists, who were involved in the killing of a non-local laborer in Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora last month, have been arrested. The police gave this information on Saturday. On the intervening night of August 11 and 12, Mohammad Amrej, a laborer from Bihar, was shot dead in Sadunara area of North Kashmir. Bandipora Senior Superintendent of Police Mohammad Zahid said that a special investigation team of the police was formed immediately after the incident. The SSP said, “We resolved the matter within a month.
A joint team of Police, Army and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has arrested three persons. The weapon used in the crime has also been recovered.” All the accused are from Sadunara and have been identified as Wasim, Yawar and Muzammil, he said.
