The Allahabad High Court has issued non-bailable warrants against Amit Kumar Nigam, Akhilesh Kumar Gupta alias Sonu and Mrs. Saroj Gupta, residents of Chowk police station area of Varanasi, who misled the court by filing false affidavits. Along with this, the Police Commissioner Varanasi has been directed to arrest them and present them in the court on Saturday at 2 pm.
And after the dismissal of one petition, the lawyers Mahtab Alam, Varsha Singh, who filed the petition again by giving false affidavits, have also been asked to appear in the court. Warned that if he does not appear, the court will issue adverse orders including cancellation of his license. The petition will be heard on Saturday, December 3.
Justice Saurabh Shyam Shamsheri has given this order on the petition of Amit Kumar Nigam. The court has also summoned the files of both the petitions. You know, a petition has been filed against the criminal case registered at Chowk police station. Both the advocates of the petitioner did not come to argue in the court. The opposition counsel told the court that one petition filed earlier has been dismissed while one petition is pending.
The court said, the same lawyers had filed the earlier petitions, while in this petition it was written that this is the first petition. Trying to mislead the court. On this, the court has directed to arrest all the three petitioners and produce them.
