  • Mahavitaran will take on rent for solar agriculture scheme

Nagpur. Now farmers can earn Rs 75,000 per hectare per month even from their unusable land. Mahavitaran will take the land on rent from them for the Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana. Mahavitaran needs land up to 5 km from 41 sub-centres of Mahavitaran in Nagpur district and adjacent to the road. An appeal has been made by the company to take advantage of this opportunity.

It was told that 3,000 such lines will be solarized through this scheme in the villages where village and agricultural power lines have been separated across the state, for which 15,000 acres of land is needed. 4,000 MW of electricity will be generated in this. Mahavitaran will take private lands on rent. In that year, the rent will be fixed at the rate of 6 percent of the fixed price of that land by the Registry and Stamp Department or Rs.75,000 per hectare per year, whichever is higher.
