On Republic Day, the Gangadwar of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham echoed with the deafening proclamation of “Our constitution is everyone’s pride”. Members of Namami Gange led by convenor Rajesh Shukla administered the oath to the people “We the people of India are determined to make India a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic”. Aarti of Maa Ganga, Maa Saraswati and the national flag was performed along with the citizens present at the Divya Ganga Dwar of Kashi Vishwanath Dham Corridor. Bharat Mata ki Jai – The echo of Vande Mataram was heard everywhere. Calling for Ganga cleanliness, convenor Rajesh Shukla said that our constitution is a rich tradition of the republic. Indian constitution is unique in itself. It is the largest written constitution in the world. The constitution of India is very strong. Constitution is our holy book which has medicine for every disease. The Constitution of India holds the key to keep the country united in its diversity. We have to move forward with a positive attitude. Mainly, Kashi region coordinator Rajesh Shukla, metropolitan coordinator Shivdutt Dwivedi, Kanchan Mishra Nagina Pandey, Sunita Jaiswal, Rita Patel, Geeta Sachdeva, Deepti Pathak, Ajay Kumar, Rahul Mishra were involved in a large number of citizens.
