Mystery of female murder solved: Aunt caught stealing, nephew killed her to take revenge

Nephew Amit Tiwari alias Rohit Tiwari, resident of Mango, Jamshedpur Jharkhand and permanent address Arwal Bihar, accused of murdering 46-year-old Anita Pandey in Anand Nagar Colony, Kandwa, Manduwadih area, was arrested by the Manduwadih police on Thursday from the last bypass and sent to jail.
According to the information, Anita Pandey, the first wife of banker Devchand Pandey, was brutally murdered by hitting her on the head with a stick in Anand Nagar Colony on November 14. Devchand Pandey gave Tahrir naming Amit alias Rohit Tiwari, nephew of the deceased, resident of Mango, Jamshedpur. On the basis of Tahrir, Manduwadih police had registered a case against Amit alias Rohit Tiwari under section 302.
Under the leadership of Station Officer Rajeev Kumar Singh, outpost in-charge Saurabh Pandey, sub-inspector Shubhendu Dixit and other policemen were engaged in nabbing the accused.

Police Station President Rajiv Kumar Singh told that Amit Tiwari alias Rohit Tiwari is addicted to drugs. The deceased Anita Pandey had caught him while stealing money at Anand Nagar residence in November. He was also beaten up. Due to which Amit alias Rohit left from Kandwa to Jamshedpur on November 14 with the aim of teaching a lesson to his deceased aunt Anita Pandey, but instead of going there, he reached Chitaipur from Mughalsarai to teach a lesson to his aunt. From there, tied a cloth on his face and reached Anand Nagar. Taking a bamboo stick from an under-construction plot, he entered his maternal aunt Anita Pandey’s house and killed her by repeatedly hitting her on the head with the stick. After the murder, leaving the back side of the house, reached Chitaipur and went to Mughalsarai. Then went to Jamshedpur. The police is engaged in legal proceedings against the accused Amit alias Rohit Tiwari.
