Mumbai:

Mumbai Police has imposed a complete ban on animal exhibitions, animal markets and transportation of animals for the control, prevention and eradication of possible lumpy nodular skin disease. Lumpy skin disease is an infectious disease spreading among animals in Maharashtra and other states. For the prevention of disease infection in animals, the Commissioner of Police of Mumbai has issued an order and imposed the above restrictions.
