On Saturday, in a year-long dispute over the distribution of farmland in Mathura, a soldier, along with his comrades, entered the uncle’s house and killed his son with a shovel. Cut off uncle’s ear. Krishnaveer (27), a resident of Radoi Burj village of Thana Baldev area, was sitting inside the house on Saturday morning. Then cousin Fauji Harimukh along with six companions entered the house and grabbed him and stabbed him in the back of the head. Father Man Singh, who came to rescue Krishnaveer, was also injured by a shovel. The family took Krishnaveer to Chhauli Ameerpur Hospital, from where the doctors referred him to the district hospital. On reaching the hospital, Krishnaveer was declared brought dead by the doctors.

Case registered against these accused

SHO Narendra Yadav told that Man Singh, father of deceased Krishnaveer, accused Mathura Singh son Mohanlal, Sanju alias Sanjay, Pramukh Singh son Mathura Singh, Yamuna Devi wife Hirmukh Singh, Bharti Devi wife Pramukh Singh, Sahab Singh son Mitthan Singh all residents of Radoi, A case has been registered against Baldev and Vijayveer Singh son Jagveer Singh resident of Nagla Rajua Mathura (Sanju’s brother-in-law) in other sections including murder.

Krishnaveer came out of jail

On July 9, Harimukh Paksha had filed a report of assault against Krishnaveer. The police had sent Krishnaveer to jail. 15 days back, he came home on bail after serving one month in jail. Man Singh alleges that Harimukh is working in the army police, whenever he comes to the village, he instigates the police to take action against him.
