Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that now Lucknow is changing. Earlier the picture of Lucknow was not good due to the neglect of the local governments. The scene of filth, disorder and anarchy used to come to mind when the name came here. In the beginning, in the ranking of cleanliness, not only Lucknow but many other cities were backward. Gonda came out as dirty city but now the picture is changing. The cities of the state have gone ahead in the cleanliness ranking. Lucknow has also got a good place in the cleanliness ranking, congratulations to the people of Lucknow and the Municipal Corporation for this.
The Chief Minister was addressing the Local Body Enlightened People’s Conference organized near Jogger’s Park in Dubagga on Tuesday. He said that Lucknow is turning into a smart city. The Outer Ring Road being constructed in the outer part of the city will work to make the capital jam-free. Soon the city will also get an International Convention Center. Along with the international airport, the factory for making BrahMos missiles is also going to start.
The work of Green Corridor will also be taken forward soon. Many other proposed schemes will also be started by organizing a big program in consultation with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Will bring back its old glory to Lucknow. Municipal elections are going to be held, after that the Global Investors Summit will be held here from 10 to 12 February. The intellectuals of Lucknow are urged to contribute in beautifying the city so that a new picture of Lucknow can be presented during the Investors Summit.
He said that not only in Lucknow, rapid development works are being done in many cities of the state. Integrated Management System i.e. ITMS was used in Covid management. Now it is being used in safe city and traffic management. 17 municipal corporations of the state including Noida are joining ITMS. Now no one can get away with flirting. Trinetra fitted in the form of cameras will catch it. Even if he leaves from one intersection, the police will catch him at the next intersection. Apart from this, smart roads are being constructed in the state. The Har Ghar Nal Yojana is being given a concrete shape.
