How to make Kitchen King Masala
To make this tasty masala, first of all, heat a pan and then fry dry red chillies in it. Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes and then remove it from the gas as soon as the color turns dark. Now keep the gram dal in a separate bowl when it becomes slightly golden.
Now fry all the hot spices along with cardamom, black pepper, fennel, mace and clove. Then fry cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and yellow mustard as well. When all the spices are roasted, a tangy aroma will start coming. Cool all the spices and then let it cool down.
After cooling down, put the spices in the blender and then grind them to make a fine powder. Store it in a glass container and then use it to enhance the flavor of each vegetable.
