5 young people stuck

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Harendra Kumar Singh said that the victim’s leg was stuck with a knife and she was carried away for about four kilometers in a hurry. Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 279 (rash driving) and 304-A (causing death due to negligence) have been filed.
