Delhi: AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan not granted bail, court sent to 4-day ACB custody A to Z Counsel

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan to four-day ACB custody. Amanatullah is accused of disturbing the property of Delhi Waqf Board. Now after four days only his bail will be heard.

Delhi ACB on Friday arrested AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan after an 8-hour interrogation in a corruption case. Amanatullah Khan is the chairman of Delhi Waqf Board. ACB is probing alleged irregularities in recruitment in Delhi Waqf Board.

The ACB on Friday raided the house of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan and his close friends and recovered Rs 24 lakh in cash and two unlicensed arms.
