You must have tried curd sholay many times in the restaurant but have you tried making it at home? If not, what’s the delay? Today we are teaching you how to make curd ke sholay recipe. You can easily make this recipe at home by preparing this recipe with easily available ingredients like bread slices, curd, paneer and a mixture of spices. Crispy on the outside and creamy-soft on the inside, these curd sholas are the perfect snack or appetizer. Serve them with mint chutney or ketchup and enjoy with evening tea.

Ingredients for making curd sholay-

1/2 cup hung curd
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dried mango powder
3 tbsp coriander leaves
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp chopped capsicum (green chilli)
1 tsp red chili powder
salt as required
6 slices bread slices

Method of making curd sholay-

Take a bowl. Add paneer and hung curd. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur and green coriander to it. Mix well to make a mixture. Now take bread slices and cut off the edges. Use a rolling pin and roll the bread slices into a cheese sheet. Now put 1-2 tbsp stuffing in the center of the bread slices and bring all the edges together. Add a few drops of water and make a small ball. Press gently to seal the ball. Make more stuffed balls like this. Now heat oil in a pan and put stuffed balls in it. Deep fry them till they turn golden brown. When crispy, take them out in a plate and serve with chutney and chutney.
