The 75-hour cleanliness campaign has started in 750 bodies of 75 districts of UP. It was started in Lucknow by Urban Development Minister AK Sharma. He said that to increase the level of cleanliness, we have started paying special attention to cleanliness. Earlier there were 740 places in Lucknow where garbage used to be dumped, out of which 110 are now left, the rest have been cleaned.

Under this campaign, it has been decided to start ‘Committed: 75 districts, 75 hours, 750 bodies’ campaign from December 1 under Swachh Bharat Mission Urban. Under this campaign, there is a plan to convert ‘Garbage Vulnerable Points’ into clean places by completely eradicating them from the point of view of garbage collection in 750 civic bodies of the state. These places will also be beautified after cleaning and many places will be developed as selfie points.
