The Allahabad High Court has not granted bail to the alleged abuser of Noida, Shrikant Tyagi. The reply has been sought from the state authorities in three weeks on the bail software. The software will likely be heard on October 17. Justice Mayank Jain has given this order on the bail software of Shrikant Tyagi.
Shrikant Tyagi had filed a bail software within the High Court within the case registered beneath Gangster. In three instances, bail has already been granted from the classes courtroom. An FIR has been lodged on the allegation of misbehavior with a lady. Senior advocate GS Chaturvedi and advocate Amrita Rai Mishra introduced the case.
