Afghan Girls Allowed Graduation |  Taliban approves high school exams for girls |  Navabharat (New India)


Islamabad: An official and documents in the Taliban-led government in Afghanistan indicated on Tuesday that Afghan girls would attend high school graduation this week. However, after taking power in Afghanistan, the Taliban banned girls from attending classes.

The decision will apply to 31 of Afghanistan’s 34 provinces, where winter school holidays begin in late December, according to two documents from the Taliban education ministry obtained by The Associated Press. Ehsanullah Kitab, head of Kabul’s education department, said the exam would be held on Wednesday.
