Jammu Kashmir Three Terrorist Arrested: The police has got a big success in the case of targeting and killing migrant people in Jammu and Kashmir. Bandipora police claimed to have solved the case of killing of a migrant laborer by arresting three terrorists in Sadunara area of Hajin in Bandipora district of North Kashmir. Senior Superintendent of Police, Bandipora Mohammad Zahid said that on the intervening night of August 11-12, a migrant laborer named Amrej Mussoorie of Bihar was shot dead by some unidentified militants in Sadunara, after which a formal case was registered and investigation started.
During the investigation, various suspects were called and interrogated and technical assistance was also used, the police officer said. The SSP said, “Finally it was found that three local militants have been identified as Wasim Akram, Yawar Reyaz and Muzmil Sheikh.
Police said that the three arrested terrorists are residents of Sadunara, who were in contact with a Lashkar handler, Babar, who is working from Pakistan. He directed them to terrorize any non-local laborer to kill him for carrying out more such attacks to revive the local militancy.
Weapons recovered from terrorists
During the investigation, weapons of crime including a pistol and four live cartridges were also recovered along with a magazine concealed by him. “So far, Bandipora police along with security forces have been successful in eliminating three terrorists, including a local and a foreigner,” he said. So far nine hybrid militants have also been arrested and six OGW modules have been busted in the district. It is noteworthy that for some time now, terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir have been targeting and killing non-Kashmiris. The aim of the terrorists is to create panic among the migrants working there.
